Ecuador's electoral board to nullify overseas online votes

Quito, Aug 25 (Prensa Latina) Ecuadorian board in charge of migrants’ votes scrutiny stated on Friday its willing to nullify overseas online votes; however, the plenary of the National Electoral Council (CNE) makes the final decision.
