Economists say Ireland 'siphoning' EU corporate tax revenues in 'parasitic' policy

Three leading economists – including France’s Thomas Picketty and former IMF official Ashoka Mody – have accused Ireland of “siphoning” other countries’ tax revenues and operating a “parasitic” corporation tax policy.
