KOLKATA: The Election Commission has called the report by the West Bengal government on the alleged attack on chief minister Mamata Banerjee at Nandigram on March 10 "sketchy," and asked the state chief secretary for elaboration, a poll official said on Saturday.
Chief secretary Alapon Bandopadhyay has been asked to furnish specific details like how the incident took place and who could be behind it. The fresh report is to be submitted by Saturday.
