Eastpointe City Council approves Nine Mile Road lane reduction

Eastpointe City Council voted 3-2 Tuesday night to approve a lane reduction plan for Nine Mile Road on a stretch between Gratiot Avenue and Kelly Road that will narrow the roadway from five to three lanes.
