East Texas organizations receive funding for mental health | Local News

Arp Elementary School, Smith County Clubhouse and the City of Longview received Reliable Flexible Funding grants from the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health to help fund mental health work in their respective communities. The grants will be distributed over the course of five years.
