EAST LIVERPOOL — In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Kevin L. Byers waived a preliminary hearing on a felony domestic violence charge and the case was sent to the county grand jury. In a separate case, he was fined $500 and given 270 days in jail (15 days imposed) and 40 community service hours on charges of assault and criminal damaging.
Kimberly A. Parrish, North Shadylane Avenue, was fined $150 and given 60 days in jail (suspended) and 20 community service hours on charges of driving under a 12-point suspension and speeding.
Helen M. McGinnis, North Street, was fined $100 for passing a school bus with lights.
Rebecca S. Dyke, West Fourth Street, was fined $250 and given 30 days in jail (two imposed) and 40 hours community service hours for possession of drug paraphernalia.
