(East Grand Forks, MN) -- An East Grand Forks area father is suing an undercover officer who fatally shot his son. Lucas Gilberton was killed while police were executing a search warrant at a home in Rhinehart Township last month. Bodycam video shows officers entering the home before shots were fired. Gilbertson's father says his son was unarmed at the time. The lawsuit claims
