Earlham Man Faces Charges in Fatal Hit-and-Run

(West Des Moines, Iowa) -- An Earlham man is facing multiple charges in the death of a woman whose body was found along I-35 in West Des Moines.
West Des Moines Police say Frank Davidson was arrested Monday night. Police say Department of Transportation cameras show Davidson swerving off the road and fatally hitting Stephanie Waddell of Oskaloosa on May 8th north of Mills Civic Parkway.
Police say Davidson pulled over, made several calls, then fled the scene.
Witnesses told police Davidson had been drinking at a party earlier that night. He's facing several charges including vehicular homicide and operating while intoxicated.
