Rourkela: In a function organised at ED (Works) Building, on 21st December, Mr.P.K.Dash, ED (Works) inaugurated the ‘Peace Room’ for the employees of Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP). Present on the occasion were Mr. Raj Vir Singh, ED (P&A), Mr. Pankaj Kumar, ED (Projects), Mr. C R Mohapatra, CGM Incharge (MM & Marketing), Mr. P Nigam, CGM (F&A) and other senior officers.  The function was organised in adherence to Covid-19 protocols.
Care has been taken to make the room more spacious, airy, well ventilated and well illuminated. A peaceful ambience has been created with soothing lighting and music system. Any employee can visit the Room during lunch hour or beyond office hours for calming down the frayed nerves or simply meditate in the blissful surrounding. The Room can accommodate 50 persons at a time.
