'We are heartbroken': Medical center says about releasing Jeremy Best hours before deaths of family members

A medical center has issued a statement about a Victor man who was admitted and released Nov. 30 before allegedly killing his pregnant wife and kidnapping his 10-month-old son, who was later found dead.
