They then asked her to follow her into the Police Station and there she was controlled in parts of her body regarding drugs. So this really had a negative impact. It was pointed out basically she felt like she is being raped. So this is of course, very, very bad. He said in the presentation that you felt let down by the government, what do you want to take now . Really demands that we have obligations to switch on these so called body cam. Police officers want to infringe human rights which are outlined in the german constitution. So always when they want to do a police measure and this infringes human rights, then they should be obliged to switch on the body. Can we already have a rule regarding body cams and specific codes here in germany . However, in these rules that usually the Police Officers have simply the right to switch on the body cam so they can choose whether they want to switch it on. Not this is not appropriate.
