So how likely is it that leaders are going to be able to reach an agreement whether its this proposal or any other weve heard from a diplomats really am. This is from outside that actually this proposal is a step in the right direction but the next 24 hours will show if the countrys if the 27 Member States those so divided will be able to find a solution so actually we are preparing for a very long night.
