This was an escalation that was an escalation from the side of the police who were early and on and it big amounts using tear gas rubber bullets than before and weve also seen an escalation from the side of the protesters who are now more willing to use. Metal rods and other hot objects to attack the police this speaks of course of something underlying the divide in society the discontent with this government by big parts of society and especially by the more radical protesters is growing were going to see this continue trying to get these materials spending a reporting for us in hong kong thank you for that insight.
