Should just stay out of its judicial procedures basically poland says that these are reforms that is weeding out corruption that in fact is getting rid of some communist era era people and procedures but the council of europe has has come back at poland with that in saying youre acting like a soviet government so the language has gotten very ugly as we come down to this final stage terry just briefly if you can what does all of this mean for european unity at a time when brussels is facing a lot of challenges including brics it.
