Dubois City Council fires former city manager John Herm Suplizio and accepts solicitor's resignation

The Dubois City Council has fired former city manager John “Herm” Suplizio, who is accused of stealing more than $600,000 in city funds. Council members also accepted a resignation from former city solicitor Toni Cherry.
