Dubai Investments breaks ground on $272m RAK beach community

Dubai Investments has broken ground on its flagship freehold project, Danah Bay, at Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The AED1-billion ($272 million) beach community and resort-style retreat will feature a total of 209 villas and other key amenities.
