The department of town and country planning (DTCP) has started a quality check of 22 lifts in Sobha City, Gurgaon after multiple incidents of lifts malfunctioning and failures. Residents have been facing frequent issues related to the lifts and have approached higher authorities for replacement of the lifts for safety and prevention of mishaps.
