Direct Selling Association Malaysia (DSAM) and Lazada Malaysia signed an MoU to strengthen oversight of product sales in the direct selling industry on the Lazada e-commerce platform. This partnership aims to ensure product quality and authenticity, as well as create a fair and harmonious business landscape for consumers. The collaboration requires sellers to submit official documents such as direct selling licenses and letters of authorization (LOA) from DSAM Member Companies. The goal is to eliminate counterfeit products, unauthorized pricing issues, and scams. This initiative is supported by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) and aims to contribute to the national economy.
