A woman has been charged after her partner was allegedly flung from a moving car in Melbourne's south-west following an alleged booze-fuelled argument.
Damien Osbourne suffered catastrophic head injuries after being allegedly flung from his partner Tara's McConchie moving vehicle in Point Cook just before 2.30am yesterday.
