A DRUNK man approached a 75-year-old female shopper and pushed her aside twice at Chester Railway Station was then inappropriate towards the store cashier.
Chester Magistrates Court heard on Monday, December 14 that Eifion Wyn Jones, 62, of High Street, Connah's Quay, was slurring his words and unsteady on his feet when he pushed aside the woman at WH Smiths at the station.
Prosecuting, Alan Currums said it was about 9.50am on September 22 when Jones approached the woman from behind, put his hand on her left shoulder, then pushed her aside on two different occasions.
The woman, in a statement, said she felt "unsettled", especially given the coronavirus social distancing regulations.
