A Florida woman has been arrested after she crashed her car into three parked vehicles under the influence of alcohol. Her car caught fire following the crash.
The incident occurred Sunday night near the intersection of SW California Boulevard/ SW Cycle Street. Port St. Lucie Police Department, on Monday, shared visuals from the crash site that showed the engine compartment of the woman's vehicle damaged by the fire.
Cops managed to put out the blaze using fire extinguishers. No injuries were reported in the crash. Police said the woman, who claimed she was a "DD" or Designated Driver, had a blood-alcohol level that was twice the legally permissible limit.
