Four days after the shootout between the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) said the drugs and the marked money from the failed anti-drug operation had yet to be turned over.
The NBI is now in close coordination with both the PNP and the PDEA for more evidence to be surrendered, according to a report on GMA's "24 Oras Weekend" on Sunday.
Two police officers, a PDEA agent, and an informant were killed in the shootout during an anti-drug operation in Quezon City along Commonwealth Avenue last week.
