Army personnel from Punjab Regimental Center (PRC), Ramgarh, nabbed a drugs peddler with 50gm liquid opium in the Ramgarh Cantonment area. The peddler, identified as Shankar Kumar Rai (30) from Bihar, fled from custody with his accomplice Santosh Kumar (32) on a motorcycle. Both were later arrested.
