A WINCHESTER man caught drug driving twice in ten days has been disqualified for three years.
Mohammed Nasir Hussein, 20, was stopped by the police on October 3 last year on Christmas Hill, near Sutton Scotney, whilst he was driving a 05-reg Mazda 3.
His cannabis reading was 3.1ug/L, when the legal limit is 2. He was also over the legal limit for benzoylecgonine, a cocaine breakdown product. The level of drug in his blood was 81ug/L, exceeded the legal limit of 50.
Then on October 13 he was caught again on Bedfield Lane, Headbourne Worthy with a cannabis level of 2.6ug/L.
Hussein, of Cromwell Road, Stanmore, pleaded guilty to all three charges when he appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
