Drone attack kills at least 43 in Sudan's capital as rival troops battle, doctors say

A drone attack on an open market in Khartoum, Sudan, killed at least 43 people, with over 55 others wounded. The attack occurred in an area where paramilitary forces were heavily deployed, as they battle the military for control of the country. The Sudan Doctors' Union stated that the casualties were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
