WorkHound CEO and co-founder Max Farrell on Thursday hosted a webinar detailing the top trends in driver priorities in 2020 based on feedback from more than 12,000 drivers from 61 trucking companies throughout the year.

Of the comments about logistics, planning and scheduling feedback made up nearly half. A quarter of all logistics-themed feedback was also marked “critical,” which signals that a driver is at risk of leaving the company, and 43% of the logistics-themed comments were negative. Only 13% of logistics comments were positive, according to WorkHound’s data.
