Driver who was so drunk he could 'barely stand' is spared jail after smashing into a motorcyclist

Drunk driver Stephen Jones, 58, was spared jail today after shocking video footage showed him swerving into oncoming traffic before smashing into a motorcyclist in Wickham, Hampshire, on April 30.
