Driver charged in woman and children's deaths on I30 has Jan.30 pretrial, March trial date

TEXARKANA, Ark. -- A man accused of causing the deaths of a woman and two small children by driving the wrong way on Interstate 30 in March 2023 is scheduled for a pretrial hearing Jan. 30.
