Driver charged in alleged fatal drunk driving crash in Sterling Heights

John W. Acre is charged with driving while intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs causing death for a March 17, 2022 crash on M-53 (Van Dyke Expressway) at the Clinton River Road overpass that killed the woman from Dayton, Ohio.
