Draconian laws plaque PWA
Moice Cummings, Junior Branch Chairman of the PWA, wasted no time in suggesting that his Association needed to move into the modern technological age.

Moice Cummings, Junior Branch Chairman of the Police Welfare Association (PWA, says that draconian and barbaric laws are still plaguing the Association.
Cummings made the remark while addressing the 2020 Royal SVG Police Force Annual Awards and Retirement Dinner, Tuesday 29th December, at the Russell’s Auditorium.
Cummings noted that even though 2020 was a difficult year, circumstances showed how "unity” involving the hierarchy of the Police Force and the Welfare Association "could foster greater things.”
