Dowry torture, domestic violence allegations against 2 former Odisha ministers

Bhusan Behera, who is currently the MLA from Kendrapara, has been booked based on a complaint lodged by his daughter-in-law, Ronali Behera. She has accused the MLA and four of his family members of demanding Rs 40 lakh as dowry.
