Downton star Lily James, 31, buys first home as US rocker beau, 35, spotted in the new neighbourhood

As Lady Rose in Downton Abbey she was accustomed to the vast historic houses of England.
Now Lily James has bought her first home of her own at 31 – but though costing £3million it’s a relatively modest one-bedroom house.
Her American rock star new boyfriend Michael Shuman has been spotted in the area and at a local coffee shop. 
Miss James’s purchase comes after the sizeable pay days she has enjoyed since finding fame in Downton, including the box office hit Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again and Cinderella
The Queens Of The Stone Age bassist is believed to have been visiting the star at her new home.
