Dove Cameron Gets Her Childhood Wish To Star In 'Powerpuff Girls' Live-Action Reboot

"The Powerpuff Girls” live-action pilot on the CW has officially cast the roles of Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup.
"The Powerpuff Girls" was a superhero animated series the debuted on the Cartoon Network in 1998. The show involves three young girls with superpowers. 
Actress Dove Cameron, who will play Bubbles, said he has been waiting for this moment since 2013. 
Cameron, 25, had lobbied for the role on Twitter as a teenager. Not only did she land the role, she could potentially be part of a long-running series.
Cameron rose to prominence for her starring role in the Disney Channel comedy series "Liv and Maddie."
