ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - COVID-19 cases are rising steadily among young adults getting infected more often. Thatâs according to those who spoke at Fridayâs Dougherty County COVID-19 task force meeting.
Many young adults arenât getting vaccinated, while Phoebe reports more cases in people under 50, a difference from the average age of 65 they saw last year.
Dr. James Black, Phoebe medical director of emergency services, said thatâs because of a couple of factors.
