Donald Trump breaks silence on McCarthy, House speaker drama

Former President Trump is not staying on the sidelines when it comes to the drama over who will be the next speaker of the House. The 2024 presidential candidate broke his silence Wednesday morning, as Republican leader Rep. Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., has failed numerous times to secure enough votes to become elected speaker.
