Don't evict, first conduct survey: Vendors' protest

It may be recalled that the BBMP conducted a survey of street vendors in 2017 which identified 25,000 street vendors in the city and provided identity cards for around 18,000 of them. The BBMP is supposed to conduct a survey of street vendors once every five years.
