Don't cut taxes, advocacy groups urge Utah lawmakers. Here's why

A coalition of advocacy groups, called the Invest in Utah’s Future Coalition, gathered at the Utah Capitol on Monday to tell the Utah Legislature it has cut enough taxes over the years. This year, the state’s over $3.3 billion surplus should be spent on other needs, they said.
