Pressure: a stressful condition that many of us feel from time to time.
Pressure can cause us to be discouraged, frustrated or angry, which can lead to harm in our work and in our relationships with family and friends. It can cause lack of self-confidence, resulting in mistakes, and from which we may feel regret.
I, too, have experienced a “mountain” of work before me and have yielded to quickly “digging in” because of frustration in needing to get it done. And, at times like these, we may speak impatiently to someone with us — or we may make mistakes in our work.
