MUMBAI: The Worli police have arrested two persons including domestic help of a 77-year-old woman who was found murdered at her bungalow in Worli Sea Face.
The police also recovered stolen jewellery from the accused - Amarjit Nishad (22) and his friend, Abhijit Joria (22).
The duo was nabbed within 48 hours of the crime by a team led by additional commissioner of police Dnyaneshwar Chavan.
Joria worked as domestic servant at flat in Walkeshwar, South Mumbai.
The police have recovered stolen jewellery worth around Rs five lakh from the accused. The prime accused, Nishad, had recently joined a job at the Worli bungalow.
