Dollar dips 21pc against afghani but prices fall by 13pc last year

Year 2023 saw the prices of essential daily-use commodities falling by up to 13 percent in Afghanistan and the value of the afghani surging by 21 percent against the US dollar compared to 2022, Pajhwok has learnt.
