DOH sues trucking company for damage to highway structure

CHARLESTON — The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways is suing Jeremy & Alex Trucking Inc. claiming the trucking company is liable for damages to a highway structure caused by one of the trucking company's employees.
