Doctor Who's Billie Piper states why she won't return as Rose

Doctor Who, calling it "so much work".
In the latest issue of
Total Film magazine, Billie, who played Rose Tyler on the show, explained that: "It's the face of a family show and that's a lot of responsibility that I'm not comfortable with."
She did throw a name in the hat for who should play the titular Time Lord next, however.
