DND, South Korean firm ink pact for installation of solar panels in military camps

The Department of National Defense (DND) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with a South Korean electric company in Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City on Tuesday, April 26, to establish solar panels in at least two military camps in Central Visayas and Northern Mindanao.
