DNA evidence leads to murder charge in 26-year-old Edmonton homicide case

On Christmas Day 1996, Edmonton police found the body of Joanne Ghostkeeper, 24, at an apartment at 34 Street and 119 Avenue. A DNA test has led to a first-degree murder charge.
