The state’s Department of Motor Vehicles said the emissions program will resume Tuesday after a nearly monthlong outage.
The DMV said Tuesday that its vendor, Applus Technologies, had restored emissions services across Connecticut after a cyberattack shut it down on March 30.
“We would like to thank the public as well as the test centers for their patience over the past few weeks,” said DMV Commissioner Sibongile Magubane in a statement. “The DMV enacted a plan to tackle the backlog which provides customers ample time to complete their testing.”
