Chennai: The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) on Friday released a list of 173 candidates who will contest the upcoming Tamil Nadu Assembly elections scheduled to be held in a single phase on April 6.
DMK chief MK Stalin will once again contest from Kolathur, while his son, actor-turned-politician Udhayanidhi, will fight from Chepauk-Triplicane. The party will be fielding candidates in 186 out of the total 234 Assembly seats.
