DJIBOUTI/SOMALIA : Former Mogadishu spymaster points finger at ex-Djibouti police chief

Fahad Yasin Haji Dahir, the head of the Somali intelligence services until 2021, has accused Djibouti, and in particular its former police chief, of plotting his disappearance.
