Disproportionate assets case against Deputy CM DK Shivakumar: Karnataka HC adjourns matter to Feb 12

The CBI has challenged a decision of the Congress government to withdraw consent for the agency to probe assets of D K Shivakumar and an order of the state to refer the matter to the Karnataka Lokayukta for investigation.
