Disabled vet and mortician sue ex-president and Virginia

Their last time in court, Roy L. Perry-Bey of Hampton and Carlos A. Howard of Virginia Beach tried but failed to remove former Gov. Terry McAuliffe from the 2021 gubernatorial ballot. With a more recent lawsuit, the goal is to keep Donald Trump off Virginia’s 2024 presidential ballot.
