Disabled New Jersey girl, 6, is strangled to death on SCHOOL BUS by harness used to secure her wheelchair after vehicle hit bumps in road - with aide, 27, 'ignoring girl and playing on her phone instead'

The incident occurred Monday morning in New Jersey's Somerset County - and cops say the 27-year-old bus monitor on staff failed to notice the girl suffocate.
